Note for Participants
Meeting Venue
Room XXVI is located on the first floor of the E-building (Bātiment E),
Palais des Nations.
Security Clearance
Participants who have registered their attendance with the Secretariat can
collect their badges from the UN Security service, Villa Les Feuillantines, 13
Avenue de la Paix (close to the main entrance of Palais des Nations, on the
opposite side of the road). The Security Service opens at 8:00 a.m. Walking from
Villa Feuillantines to the E-Building (Bātiment E) of the Palais takes about 10
minutes. Participants are advised to carry a passport or similar identification
documents with them. Participants are advised to arrive by 9.00 a.m. in
order to complete procedures and reach the Meeting, which starts at 10 a.m.
